My notes app is stuck on folders

My notes app is stuck on folders I’ve tried a forced restart. In settings the app is set to on my phone.

Notes app crashing My notes app keeps on shutting down itself as soon as I login into my iCloud account. I can't access the important notes I had uploaded to iCloud nor I can create any new note. I have tried uninstalling the app twice and had reinstalled it too. I also have tried restarting the device but every thing thous out to be futile.
