Apple Pay verification: ID Rotated

Hello, when I go to verify my identity it asks for my state ID or Driver’s license. That wouldn’t be a problem except my ID it turned to the side (horizontal) instead of right side up (vertical). Would I still be able to activate my Apple Pay card?
