How do I get updated satellite imagery to display in OS X Maps?

The base map for my neighborhood (the suburbs of Las Vegas, NV) in OS X, High Sierra, Maps is at least 6 years old and therefore not very useful. The state of development and housing construction pins the date of the imagery to 2012 or earlier. Are base imagery updates available for Maps?

MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Late 2013), macOS High Sierra (10.13.2)
