family storage still billed for individual
I signed up for family storage, still billed for individual storage. how do stop billing with out turning off storage on my family members accounts.******. Just need to solve the issue.

On the device of the family member in question, go to Settings>name>iCloud>Manage Storage>Change Storage Plan, and you should see the option to Keep the existing storage plan or to Use Family Storage. Select the Use Family Storage option.

If the account has accepted the invitation to join Family Sharing iCloud storage, you can downgrade their plan using the steps below.
Storage upgrades and downgrades
Try Phil's suggestion to reinvite the person.
thanks for your help. my family members never received an invite, how do I re-invite them and include a cc to me so I can ensure they act on it.

See if your family member accepted the invitation
After you send the invitation, you can check its status under the person's name.
Then select that person's name to see the status of the invitation. If you need to resend the invitation, select Resend Invitation.
