Decimal changes in CH-fr and Numbers

Huge problem in Numbers with the new decimal separators default for Switzerland (CH-fr). High Sierra has introduced a default , as decimal separator in Switzerland instead of the . we all use. This causes a lot of problems and drives most users to personalize their numbers formats back to . decimal separator.

If you do this, Numbers will not accept your numbers in any formula and spits out a syntax error. My typical example was something like b7*8.2. If you do not use the default macOS locale, b7*8.2 or b7*8,2 will trigger the same error. In a cell the format is accepted and if you write b7*b6 (b6 containing 8.2 or 8,2), it will work fine.

Excel has no problem.
