Cancel yearly renewal of Pandora

I want to cancel my yearly auto renewal of Pandora. It isn’t listed in my active subscriptions but showed up an Apple email. I started to use the link provided but it asks for way too much personal information....social security number, all credit card information etc. I am worried about being spammed by doing it this way. Any help?
