Podcast validated and then... nothing?

I have been trying to submit a podcasts for several weeks now, and every time it's the same: I validate it, everything seems ok, click 'Submit"- I'm getting the pop up message that it was successfully submitted for review, but then I don't get any confirmation emails, I don't see it in my dashboard, it's not accepted not rejected - just doesn't exist. like I never submitted it.

How can I find out what's going on ?
