I updated my iPhone 6s from iOS 9.3.2 to iOS 11.2.5. When it booted back on i tried downloading and using Snapchat and its bringing up a message telling me that my location services aren’t enabled. When I go into settings to enable it, every time I leave the page it turns back off again. Restrictions are not turned on. Can anyone help?
You might try Reset Network Settings by going to Settings>General>Reset>Tap Reset Network Settings.
If that doesn't work, consider performing a factory reset (without restoring from a backup).

Sorry I probably should have said I backed up and restored yesterday and the issue was still there afterwards. I even enabled Location services in the setup of the iPhone.
I think it must be something different from that, the location services won’t turn on at all, when I flick the slider to green it turns itself off again as soon as I go back to the previous page
