New episodes with season pass

I bought a season pass for the TV show Heroes. A new episode is available. How do I download it without having to pay for the episode, since I already have the season pass?

Things I have tried:

"This Season Pass includes all current and future episodes of Heroes, Season 1. Current episodes will download immediately and future episodes will download as they become available.

Make sure you are signed in to iTunes and then *click here* to download any episode currerntly waiting in your queue."

Verified that yes, I am logged in. Clicked on "click here" and the action bar at the top of the screen read: "Accessing iTunes Store. iPod update is complete."

Tried to log out and log back in. No go. Tried exiting and reopening the program. No go.

Checked in my account to verify that I really did buy the season pass. Yes, I did. In the "Manage Passes" tab of my account, it says that I have 11 episodes waiting for download. (I should only have 1) I click the link, the action bar at the top says "Accessing iTunes Store. iPod update is complete."

I've tried with and without my iPod plugged in. I've checked my library and my purchase history to make sure it didn't already download.

Short of paying for the individual episode, how do I get the episode?

Edited to add: I bought the first 2 episodes individually, then paid for the season pass. I deleted the 2nd copies of the first two episodes. Would that have caused a bug in the process?

I couldnt have wrote this better myself. I am having the EXACT same problem. I purchased a season pass for CSI Miami (season 5) and the last 2 episodes I cannot download.

I received an email letting me know that episodes were available for download. The links in the email take me to the iTunes store, and all I get is, "Accessing iTunes Store. iPod update is complete."

It's sad that the only help a person can get is online; trying to get a live person on the phone has proven next to impossible!!!!!!

Faeyth, out of curiosity, how many computers do you have "authorized?"

I have this nagging feeling that mymissing downloads MIGHT have been downloaded by someone else on another authorized computer, but I have no proof of that. What I do know is that the last 2 available episodes of my season pass are not downloading.

I didnt have this problem before authorizing a computer at work.

I only have this one computer authorized.

I did just receive this email from Apple:

I understand that you would like to download "Godsend", episode 12 of "Heroes".
Generally, the television networks provide Apple with the latest episode of each show within 24 hours of the original air time. Occasionally, there can be a delay.
You can rest assured that Apple is working to make this episode available on the iTunes Store as soon as possible.
Thank you for your patience. Apple appreciates your business and loyalty.

Which says to me that customer support doesn't have a clue.

After 18 hours when the latest episodes of Heroes and Prison Break were made available on iTunes, I'm still waiting for my season pass notifications to let me download the episodes. **ing **!

Apple can't say that the network is holding back because the episodes are up already! Liars!

Just tried disabling email notifications, thinking maybe that was the problem after reading a few other threads, but no, still didn't work.

I wish I could get some knowledgable feedback from customer support. This is the first issue I've had with iTunes, but the lack of c.s. is making me want to investigate other programs for my download needs.

This is just great...I can't even buy the episode a second time!!!

My husband ended up creating a separate account just so we could download the darned thing, because we want to see the stupid episode.

We're US military stationed overseas, so we thought iTunes was (no pun intended) a Godsend for keeping up with popular shows back home. I guess not. 😟 The lack of customer support is very distressing.

i have 2 season passes (studio 60 & dirt) & have been
waiting 3 days for one episode to be available & 2
for the other even though they BOTH have been
available for non-season pass holders.

next season i'll just wait until the next day to
watch on the channel's site for free.

I should have known that as fast as my issue was resolved it was too good to be true. How about I had the exact problem again.

There was a new episode of Dirt showing on iTunes yet I couldnt download it. I havent researched this yet, but it appears that the notification isnt being received through email until AFTER that episodes airs a 2nd time. Kind of like we are getting notified of re-runs and not the day after the episode first aired.

Dirt (You Dont Know Jack) is downloading NOW, but I saw it on iTunes, I think it was Tuesday night when I came in from work.
