Taptic Engine not work on iPhone X

Recently I bought the iPhone X and was working perfectly but a couple a days ago my Taptic Engine starting acted weirdly. Whenever I swipe up for app switcher it doesn’t click nor with the 3D Touch on apps, but after a hour or so it works for a couple minutes then stops? Any solutions or do I need to go to a apple store? (I’m on the beta program so I do not know if that has something to do with it)
