Microphone problems for certain apps

I have followed the steps to test my microphone in my iPhone but it is not working still for video calls with viber. I use viber a lot and with video calls so this is a huge problem for me. I would appriviate your further help in this matter. I am not sure how to test the iSight microphone so not sure if that is not working. Thank you!

Microphone issue I have an issue with the microphone on my iPhone 13Pro Max. When I have a phone call, it doesn’t work and when I record a video with the camera app, it doesn’t work. surprisingly it does work when I record videos using Snapchat or Instagram. Auto record apps work just fine. anyone else have issue with their microphone while on the call and while recording video via camera app ?

microphone not working for what's app & botim Hi There, the microphone isn't working for the What's app and Botim on my iPhone 8. it works fine while making regular calls, sending a voice note using iMessage etc. It is not the IOS as the issue is about 2 weeks older. All the permissions are as they should be. Any help would be appreciated, thanks :)
