No sound on one episode of a purchased TV show in iTunes (MacBook Pro to view it)

I purchased a TV show that comes out weekly episode by episode. The newest episode came out today. I tried to stream it, I can see it but no sound. Then I called support who asked me to update my iTunes and my OS. Still no sound. Then I called support again. Checked all volume controls. Hid and unhid episode. Signed out and back in to iTunes. Still no sound. Then I downloaded the episode. Still no sound. Maybe it's because I purchased the SD version? Other previous episodes play with sound. Please help. Just trying to watch this episode tonight if possible.
