Change iTunes password on Window 10

I change my passwords regularly each year. I only use iTunes on my Windows 10 PC to purchase music and to organise my MP4 library of music. All I want to do is change my iTunes password. Should be no big deal. So when logged into iTunes I go to manage my account. There is every thing there to change except password? So I clicked on edit appleid.apple.com. But this gave a server error - Firefox send the server would never respond implied I was not accepting cookies? Not sure that is true. It really shouldn't be this difficult to change my iTunes password. I gave up using an iPad due to my discontent with Apple removing books from iTunes and sync. Maybe I will have to abandon iTunes and that would be a shame. Can any one help?
