Have you checked your device to see what the charge is for and if you need to report it?
Go to settings - name - iTunes and App store- select your Apple ID in blue print- select View Apple ID- Go to purchase history.
Your purchases will show right there
The reportaproblem.apple.com site shows this too and is extremely easy to use, report a charge and gain a refund if applicable
