If the app is no longer available in the App Store and you previously synced it to iTunes, you can move it as described below from the link I previously supplied:
If you have an iOS app, ringtone, or book that's no longer available for redownload, you can move that content to your iOS device while plugged in to a computer with a USB cable.

Thank you, my problem is with this is: I need to format a 64gig memory card through an app I be using thru my iPhone. I couldn’t find the app (DDPai) in the App Store for my MacBook Pro. How can I format my memory card using the app?
