Why Are My Apps Not Appearing in iTunes?

I tried to sync my iPhone X and noticed that category Application is nowhere to be found?

MacBook Pro with Retina display, macOS High Sierra (10.13.3)

If the app is no longer available in the App Store and you previously synced it to iTunes, you can move it as described below from the link I previously supplied:

If you have an iOS app, ringtone, or book that's no longer available for redownload, you can move that content to your iOS device while plugged in to a computer with a USB cable.

Since the release of iTunes 12.7, apps are no longer managed via iTunes. See: Changes in the new iTunes - Apple Support

Thank you, my problem is with this is: I need to format a 64gig memory card through an app I be using thru my iPhone. I couldn’t find the app (DDPai) in the App Store for my MacBook Pro. How can I format my memory card using the app?
