Samsung Wireless Laser Printer

Can someone help please? I have got the wireless Laser printer (Samsung) and I am unable to configure WIFI. It is asking for my WPA2 password. While checking in the Internet I came to know that WPA2 password is the router password. I had forgotten and I have changed the new password.

I entered this new password and my MacBook Pro still not accepting it. Can someone help please?

Your new Printer needs to know some stuff. When it knows that stuff, it can join your wireless network, and get print jobs through the Switch portion of your Router. It can't be too far away from your Router. It does not matter how far away from your Mac -- the print jobs will be sent through the Router.

The thing are :

1) the network-name (and it CAN'T be Hidden!) -- it needs to know not to join your neighbor's network.

2) the Wi-Fi password

3) what IP address it should use. You can let the Router give it an Address automatically with DHCP, but it might change after a few weeks.

If you check the Printer and it says its address is 169.254.xxx.yyy, that is the original "self-assigned" address range, and it says, "no Router will give me a good IP address to use."
