Although there is no page to see 'recently deleted' apps, you can find apps that you've purchased but not downloaded on your iPhone by following these steps:

  • Open the App Store app, then tap Today at the bottom of the screen.
  • Tap User uploaded file or your photo in the upper-right hand corner, then tap Purchased.

  • Tap "Not on this [device]."
  • Find the app that you want to download, then tap User uploaded file . The app downloads to your device.
