Your artwork is showing as 432 x 432 pixels. Here is the error message I see:

Cover art

The cover art must be 1,400–3,000 pixels square to look good on fancy retina-class displays.

The podcast art is too small — 432×432 pixels. Apple requires 1400x1400-pixel JPEG cover art if you ever want to be featured on iTunes, which you do. (Don’t just scale up your current artwork, either—it won’t fool anybody.)

Simple answer - you HAVE to publish your first episode before you can submit to Apple.

Right now you have no episodes published.

Also your Artwork is NOT per the Apple specs. You MUST change your artwork to meet these specs:

1,400 x 1,400 pixels min to 3,000 x 3,000 pixels max - SQUARE

.jpg or .png

RGB

AND

<500 kb file size

Look over this tutorial as well:

Make sure you fill in all the info under destinations for Libsyn Classic feed.

Thanks Robert, I was simply validating it and was expecting only to see an error for no episode published yet. I was surprised when I saw the error message for the artwork. I had someone from Fiverr make it and he said it was at the correct specs.

I'll check out the video and see where I need to edit it. Thanks a lot for your help.

You upload the new artwork under "Settings" in your libsyn account.

And make sure it is perfectly square. 1,400 x 1,401 is NOT valid artwork - must be exactly square and between 1,400 x 1,400 to 3,000 x 3,000 and MUST <500 kb - plus the other specs above.

Just double check your artwork before re-uploading. And again before you try submitting to Apple again you MUST publish your first episode.

Robert,

I'm not understanding why when I click on the image on my Mac, and then click on Tools, then Show Inspector, it is showing it as JPEG, 394 kb, 1400x1400 pixels, 72 DPI, RGB. Not understanding why it's showing the correct specs on the Mac but not on your end. Obviously it isn't correct since Podcasts Connect is not accepting it and you verified it.

The libsyn system does NOT change or alter your artwork in any way.

I would recommend - copying your artwork - then rename and edit the artwork to get it to the specs on your computer.

Then go to libsyn and upload with then new file name and specs.

Again what you upload as artwork is exactly what gets downloaded - make sure to upload under "Settings"

If you have additional questions - it is always best to go to support at libsyn dot com - the support team is there to help you out.
