How do I find my ApplePay Cash card number and expiration date?
Does the Apple Pay Cash card come with card information for those merchants that don’t accept Apple Pay?

No - it is neither possible to access an underlying card number and expiration date for your Apple Pay Cash Card nor is it possible to use the card in that way (to make purchases with merchants that do not accept Apple Pay).
