Facetime doesn't ring on my iPad Air 2 when I receive a call - so I miss the call. In Settings>SOUNDS, Ringtone is all the way up, in FaceTime, Announce Calls is at Always, Do Not Disturb is set to Allow Calls from: All Contacts, and DND is set to off. I get the call, it just doesn't ring. All other sounds are fine, and the ringer had been working until today.

iPad Air Wi-Fi, iOS 11.2.5, Air 2

I discovered the problem!! Make sure your iPad is not in Ringer Mute mode by swiping from the bottom of the screen upwards (or double-clicking the Home button), and check that the ‘Bell’ icon doesn't have a red slash through it. This would cause only the ringer to be muted, but for some reason isn't indicated anywhere else in Settings. Just click on it to turn the Mute off.
