Can I create folders on my iPad Pro desktop to save certain files and emails?
I’ve recently switched to an iPad Pro from a MacBook Pro, and want to save items to my iPad desktop from email, web pages and so on. Can I do this?

No, an iPad doesn't have a file system like a computer does, everything is stored within apps.
