Thumbnail but No Photos after restoring Backup from Iphone 7 Plus to Iphone 8 Plus with I tunes
I restored the backup from my old iPhone 7 Plus to my new iPhone 8 Plus. When I open my photos some of the photos only shows thumbnails white no photo. when I open and click edit button it shows error loading photo.. can anyone tell why photos are not shown and how to fix those. as I restored backup through iTunes so all photos should come instantly... Please help... Also my Music Library is not shown in new mobile after backup.
It sounds like you're having some trouble with your photos and videos populating in the Photos App. I want to help you makes sure you get all those great photos and videos moved over.
We'll want to check to see if your iPhone was backing up the Photos App with the iCloud Photo Library. If that's the case, it may take some time for your iPhone to download the content you had stored in iCloud, as they wouldn't be included in your iTunes backup.
Go to Settings > [your name] > iCloud > Photos. Is iCloud Photo Library turned on?
If that's on, you may need to make sure you have a strong Wi-Fi connection, and allow some time for those to download. Restart your iPhone and wait an hour to see which content appears.
