recalculate NUMBERS sheet

The usual way to get it to recalculate, other than making changes to the spreadsheet, is to include a checkbox in a cell. Each time you check/uncheck it, the document recalculates. Typically this is only needed if you are using functions like NOW or RAND or RANDBETWEEN which will actually change each.

Numbers recalculates whenever you edit any cell and press return (enter).

What is not working for you?

Please reply with your version of Numbers (Menu > Numbers > About Numbers) and details of your machine (Apple Menu > About This Mac).
