Storage Stuck

Hi everyone,pls i need help how to fix this issue? my Iphone X can not open the storage, it only run calculating category sizes all the time....

Im using Iphone X , IOS 11.2.5

Try force restarting your iphone: Press and quickly release the Volume Up button. Press and quickly release the Volume Down button. Then, press and hold the Side button until you see the Apple logo.
