iTunes Pass in Wallet Shows Old Apple ID Email

I recently changed the primary email address associated with my Apple ID. I signed out of and back into iCloud, iTunes and App Store, Game Center, etc. on my iPhone running iOS 11.3 beta. When I go to my account in App Store settings (Settings>(your name)>iTunes and App Store>(your Apple ID)>View Apple ID) and tap “Add iTunes Pass to Wallet,” I see the iTunes Pass with my old primary email instead of my new one. I have tried the following: sign out of the App Store and Game Center, restart iPhone, sign back in, try adding iTunes Pass again and I saw no difference; the iTunes Pass still showed my first primary email. This is my first post so if there’s anything wrong please let me know.
