Hi for some reason the WiFi and network icons are not showing on my Apple Watch series 3

The Wi-Fi and Cellular buttons are only included within Control Centre for Apple Watch Series 3 (GPS + Cellular) models, which have a built-in cellular feature.
They are not relevant for other models, so are not included (for cellular models, the Wi-Fi button enables the user to disable Wi-Fi in order to force their Apple Watch to use the built-in cellular feature).
