I need a Genius Bar appointment. I cannot get my questions answered.

We share an Apple ID 2 phones have for years. I replaced my 6 with an 8. Since then we have major issues. I need a Genius Bar appointment so husband and I can come with the iPad too to resolve the issue.

This site is difficult to navigate. In need to set up an appointment to have my new phone looked at at the Apple Store at Southcenter Mall in Tukwila Washington So frustrated just trying to set up a genius appointment. I thought this was a chat with someone at Apple.
