Need to cancel my cbs all access free trial. Can’t find the subscription tab to manage as indicated in instructions. Have tried both on my comps& from my phone with no luck. Please help

If it's not there then it more than likely wasn't billed through iTunes or billed under the Apple ID you're signed into. Do you see the charges leaving your bank account? Are they labelled iTunes.com on your bank statement? You should also receive an email to the email the Apple ID is assigned with for any purchases made. I would call iTunes support (expect a 15-30 min hold) to find out where the charges are and get them squared away.

Yh this didn’t help at all. I still can’t find my subscriptions. It’s not where it’s supposed to be according to these steps. It’s not even under manage or purchase history.
I can’t find the subscriptions to manage. Find the app in my history but can’t find where to cancel before free trial has ended
