No wifi icon on Apple Watch series 3

My new Apple Watch doesn’t have an icon for WiFi. My wife’s watch has the icon when you swipe up on the screen but mine doesn’t. Before anyone says it doesn’t have one on GPS only watches, mine is not GPS only. My watch and my wife’s are the same. Both are series 3. Both are cellular. Hers has the icon. Mine doesn’t. Please help
