Money was accepted but still shows a zero balance
A friend sent me money via Apple Pay cash through messages. I set up to receive it and it was accepted but there is still showing a $0 balance on the Apple Pay card.

Apple advises that, when receiving money via Apple Pay Cash, funds may be available immediately, but account security checks might require additional time.
Funds are credited to your Apple Pay Cash Card balance and are only transferred to your bank account if you subsequently choose to do so.
