Why I don’t have add Acount on my mail icon ? I can not add another email or gmail account.

Take a look at this article for information on how to Set up an email account on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support.

If you are trying to add a yahoo account, please note that yahoo are currently having issues and a lot of ios users are affected.
