Does iPad Pro 12.9-inch 2nd gen support TOSLINK/optical audio cable through the 3.5 millimeter headphone jack?

I'm trying to find out the answer before i plug in the TOSLINK/optical audio cable.

Searching through Mactracker, there is no mention of TOSLINK and any iOS device.

Only Macs. And not since 2012.

You have other options..
