Hi, have check your purchase history to see if you purchased anything: See your purchase history in the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support, then check if you have any subscription: View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support and in case you have anything wrong with one of them contact Apple: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204084


Of course here we're a community of users like you and you're not addressing Apple.

If it shows on your iTunes account's purchase history, and if neither you nor anybody you've given access to the account did it, contact iTunes Support (I assume that you've already changed the account's password) e.g. via your purchase history, the emailed receipt, or the 'contact Support' link at the top right of every page on here.


If it doesn't show, and if it's not an authorisation hold, you should be talking to the card issuer.
