Not recognised where ? Does it show on the purchase history of any iTunes account that you've linked the card to ? If not, and if it's not a temporary store holding charge, talk to the card issuer
If it shows on your iTunes account's purchase history, and if neither you nor anybody you've given access to the account did it, contact iTunes Support (I assume that you've already changed the account's password) e.g. via your purchase history, the emailed receipt, or the 'contact Support' link at the top right of every page on here.
If it doesn't show, and if it's not an authorisation hold, you should be talking to the card issuer.
I seen some of the purchases I made and that I recognized but not 74 dollars
