i live in egypt and i cant add any card on my wallet any help ?

I can't answer that but I suggest you contact HSBC in Egypt to make sure that if you have a credit card issued by them it can be used with Apple Pay. As far as I know, normally a bank operating in different countries will have different arrangements with third parties, in this case Apple, so it would not surprise me that you can use a card issued by HSBC in UAE and you cannot use a card issued by HSBC in Egypt, but this latter bank should be able to clarify things for you.

Apple Pay is currently not yet available in Egypt. Check this site periodically to see which countries support Apple Pay and there is a link inside to show which banks in those countries support Apple Pay.
