Parallels Desktop Error 352

Purchase a new iMac 27 and used the migration assistant to transfer the applications from another iMac 27 both system have the latest version of High Sierra. When accessing the parallels desktop (Version 11) and turning on Windows (Version 7) I get a dialog box that tells me to re-start the Mac and after doing so still have same error. I have contacted Apple support which tells me that it is a Parallels Desktop problem. I have sent a number of message to Parallels desktop using the error reporting process when the error occurs. No reply from them yet, it has been a few days. In further reviewing this problem it would seem that somehow a MacOS IOACPIFamily driver has become corrupt. I have tried to locate this file on the machine but the search tool does not locate it.

In an effort to solve this issue, I re-install PD version 11 and still have this problem. At this point in an effort to resolve this issue. I can do one of two things.

I can uninstall the Parallel desktop and window 7 and repeat the installation of both programs but if the problems is an apple file being corrupt this may not solve this issue unless the installation install this driver that is corrupt.

2. Another choice I have is the use the recover startup and re-load the High Sierra OS. I assume this will just install the Mac OS file and overwrite any file that maybe corrupt. I don’t want to do a fresh install because this machine has a lot of applications as well as data.

Has anyone had this problem and was able to resolve it. Any informations is greatly appreciated

Thanks in advance for a reply

The reason I think it is corrupt is that is the messages you get when you list error 352 on the Parallels Desktop. There are a number of messages that say that. The version I have Parallels Desktop 11 did work with windows on my old machine that has the same operating system (High Sierra) as the new machine . The new machine was loaded with all of the applications using the time machine, so using the time machine again may still not resolve this problem. When you say re-install, I assume you mean remove the Parallels application and windows and then re-installing both applications or do you mean to re-stall the Mac OS
