Re-occuring Kernel Panics twice a day since High Sierra current update

Been getting a number of panics lately, more than once per day, randomly. No hardware has been swapped in or out and my assumption based on the General type 13 error (seen below in the panic dump report) leaves out third party software? Tough to troubleshoot.

Any insight? Laptop, 2016 MacBook Pro, 15" with Touch Bar. Connected to external 4k display via TB3 (Kensington hub, both of which attached before last week when the kernel panics started). I think the new High Sierra update was also released last week, but not 100% correct.

Try a Safe Mode boot deletes some system caches that might help ...

To start up in safe mode:

  1. Start or restart your Mac, then immediately press and hold the Shift key. The Apple logo appears on your display. If you don't see the Apple logo, learn what to do.
  2. Release the Shift key when you see the login window. If your startup disk is encrypted with FileVault, you might be asked to log in twice: once to unlock the startup disk, and again to log in to the Finder.

To leave safe mode, restart your Mac without pressing any keys during startup.

Seems by looking at all the logs under Diagnostic Reports, they all seem to have started Feb 8th, the day after the Software update was installed as seen above. A huge number of crashes involve the coreAudio section of MacOS as seen in the list of the diagnostic reports seen below. Most of the time stamps are all in the morning because that's when the laptop is woken up from sleep

Use "Restore" mode - hold Comment and R when you reboot/boot.
When it boots, choose "Disk Utility", select the boot disk and "Repair" - full run.
Then the other disks. If it runs fast, then there was no issue, if it moves slow, take a look at what goes on.
The disks and the file system must be correct. The kernel relies on the disk for swapping. If one thread tries to use parts of the file system that another thread/process use, this will cause a deadlock - also on a Mac. The file system is made to try to avoid this - but with a faulty index, "kernel panic" or "hanging" follows.

seems to be ok. Went through the repair really quickly.

rebooted into normal mode (not safe). Removed my Audioquest DAC from the USB chain to see if it does away with any coreAudio conflicts.

Only thing I can think of is that the CoreAudio does not get along with the DAC post High Sierra security update on Feb 8th.
