Hi. When I first bought my IPhone i had the option to add a credit card to my wallet app, but right now i don’t. It happened after i added like a coupon or something like that, from the “American eagle outfits” app. I want to add my credit card to the wallet app, I tried to contact Apple support but couldn’t figure out how. So i posted here, hope you guys help. By the way, i have iPhone 8 Plus and running iOS 11.2.5 Thanks alot.

OK, your post explains exactly why you cannot use Apple Pay!

Israel does not have Apple Pay at this time.
This article, referenced by the one I attached above, lists the areas that support Apple Pay. Israel is notably absent.
Bug? Almost certainly not.
Perhaps you have already reached a limit, such as eight cards max in the Wallet app. Perhaps you have changed regions.
Check Settings > Wallet & Apple Pay. Perhaps Add Credit or Debit Card appears there.
Dude I swear to god i had the (+) before, and it disappeared suddenly.
And since I bought it the region is “Israel”
So i didn’t change the region or anything.
I know it doesn’t sound right, but that’s what happened..
PS : i can also pay with Touch ID , I don’t know if it helps.
Did you purchase this iPhone brand new, in a factory sealed box, from an Apple Store or Authorized Apple Retailer in Israel?
I would guess not. But if you did, have you taken it to a region that supports Apple Pay?
There is nothing to be done. Perhaps Apple Pay will make its way to Israel some time.

I’m sure that i saw the (+) icon before because i was big fan of the iPhone ,so when I opened the app i was happy that i saw that i can a credit card.
But right now I can’t add my credit card.
