How can i get around passcode

iPhone 4, iOS 7, Model no A1349. EMC no 2422.

your title and post body seem to be 2 separate things

if the iphone is not cdma which does not have sim trays then http://www.makermouse.com/story_art/_Header/140828_iphone_sim.jpg

you can't get around passcode without restoring the ios device If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support
