Remove iCloud from Mail

I want to use the “Mail” app only for emails from my personal email address. However the app also seems to have my iCloud email on it. How do I remove the iCloud email account so that I don’t accidentally one day send out an email from that address?

Greeting RainbowWarrior007,

It looks like you are wanting to remove your iCloud email from the Mail app since you only use the Mail app for business use. I'll be happy to help.

Open up Settings, then at the top, tap on your name where it says “Apple ID, iCloud, iTunes & App Store.” Once there, tap on iCloud, then switch mail off.

This will remove the iCloud email from the Mail app.
