icloud upgrade

I only upgrade rm3.90 for my icloud this morning but i was billed rm6.00 for itune. I’m using 6+ IOS 11.2.5

iPhone 5, iOS 6.1.4

You can use the following instructions to determine details of charges and to report a problem: Get help with an item purchased from the App Store, iTunes Store, or iBooks Store - Apple Support
