Change Emoji eye color?

How do I change emoji eye color? I accidentally hit brown but wanted green. Somehow now all my emojis have brown eyes. When I hold an Emoji down it just gives me different shades of brown as choice but no blue or green. How do I Change them back to green? I have an back iPhone 7+ Thanks
