How do I deactivate accounts on devices I no longer have?

I have had my iTunes account for like 20 years and therefore have had accounts on different computers. I now live in a new country and no longer have access to old accounts, and the laptop with my most recent account has now broken and will not turn on so how can I deactivate accounts? All my five have been used.
