I want to cancel a payment in iTunes
Help I accidentally purchased an app they took money out of my banking acciunt and I don’t want this app, how do I cancel the payment and app

App purchases are considered final as per the Terms of Service of the iTunes & App stores and refunds are not generally granted.

You can however, log in to https://reportaproblem.apple.com and raise an issue with the purchase, and request a refund. Do note, that Apple is not required to grant you one as explained above, but is generally known to do so.
Next time, be careful what you touch in the App Store.
