AirPods and Nike Guided Runs on Apple Watch

I would like to use my AirPods to listen to Nike Guided Runs through my Apple Watch and not using my phone. Is that possible ?

Yes, if you download the guided runs in advance on your Apple Watch you will be listen to them on your connected Airpods. You can also download the suggested Spotify/Apple Music playlists that are associated with the guided runs and listen to them as well. Needless to say that you need to have the Airpods connected directly to the AW as well.
