Im trying to buy applecare+ online and required to run remote diagnostics. I did as per instructions but seem like it's failed to run the procedur so now I’m unable to buy applecare. What should i do?

No. They also asked how they could help you. You should respond to the message by contacting them at Support. They may tell you then.
Do they not tell you why it was declined?
Nope.. its try to run on the first time but then only ask me to exit diagnostic by click the ‘only’ button available.
