I don't know why iphone 7 plus support USB OTG from third-party while iphone X did not.
The same IOS 11, but iphone X did not recognize the USB OTG.
Is it the bug from IOS or hardware inside ?

USB OTG is not and never has been supported. Just because someone found a way to jury-rig something into working doesn't make is supported.
