Can I remove VLC from iPad?

Are all of the apps jiggling when you press and hold the app?

Another method of deleting apps is to go to Settings > General > iPad Storage and wait for the list of apps to populate. Then tap the app there and then tap "Delete App."

If the apps are shaking but no appears on the corner to delete, make sure Deleting Apps has not been restricted in Settings->General->Restrictions->Deleting Apps.

Since this has nothing to do with a MacBook Pro (the forum you posted in) , I've requested the admins move this to the more appropriate iPad forum.
