There is no Apple iOS device that supports a CD/DVD player. However, you could purchase a MacBook or another of Apple's laptop options and plug in an external CD/DVD player. That setup has worked quite well for my uses.

There are no current Apple products with built in CD/DVD drives anymore. Apple moved away from optical drives several years ago.
If portability is important, you can, however, buy a MacBook and plug in an external optical drive to it

Apple did away with built-in optical drives in their computers, at least, 7 years, ago and iPads have never had them.
Internal optical drives in Macs, were usually the first piece of internal hardware to prematurely fail.
There are computers into which you can plug an external optical drive. Apple has pretty much given up on optical drives and has never supported them for iOS.
Even many windows computers now are trending away from optical drives. Like VGA ports, they are getting harder and harder to find.
