The Storage tab does not always report correctly. Look in About this Mac > System Report > Storage. Also check by choosing your Mac HD and "Get Info" (command-i). It may be different. Try rebuilding Spotlight index.

Some of the space may also be from Time Machine Snapshots.

I see you are running CLeanMyMac. Uninstall it as per the developer's instructions. It's as bad as malware. No Anti-Virus software or so-called “cleaning” apps are needed or recommended for Mac OS. They can conflict with Mac's own built-in security. At best they will slow your Mac by using unnecessary resources and at worst will bork your entire system. And CleanMyMac is one of the worst.
Thank you! Omni DiskSweeper revealed programs I had deleted/uninstalled but were still on my hard drive. 55GB cleared up right away!
