Yes. If you don't have the proper plug you will need a plug adapter.
The charger that came with the iPhone is usable worldwide, all you need is just the pin adapter.

Yes. Just the plug (pin) adapter that fits between the power adapter and the wall outlets, it does not need to convert the electric current.
